Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Drylaun application.

Effective Date: February 7, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Drylaun mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Drylaun Solutions (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Aurangabad, Bihar, India.

2. Offline Data & Data Loss

Drylaun is an Offline-First application. Your business data is stored locally on your device's internal storage.

  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We provide a "Google Drive Sync" feature to assist with this, but it must be enabled and monitored by you.
  • No Cloud Copy: We do not maintain a copy of your business data on our servers. If you lose your device, uninstall the app without a backup, or clear your app data, your data cannot be recovered by us.
  • Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from device failure, theft, or user error.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Google Play Billing: All subscriptions are managed directly by Google Play. We do not store your credit card information.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Google Play settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for partial billing periods.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our App interacts with third-party hardware and software to function. We are not responsible for the functionality of these external services:

WhatsApp The app uses the Android Intent system to open WhatsApp. We are not affiliated with Meta/WhatsApp. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
Bluetooth & USB Hardware While we support standard protocols (ESC/POS, TSPL, ZPL), we cannot guarantee compatibility with every printer model or generic hardware brand.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal activities or to facilitate fraud.
  • Share your subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Read Carefully

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the accuracy of tax calculations or financial reports generated by the App. You should verify all financial data before filing taxes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aurangabad, Bihar.
