Data Deletion & Privacy

You are in full control of your data. Read below to understand how your data is stored and how to permanently delete it.

How We Handle Your Data

To allow you to log in across devices, we store your basic Google profile (Name and Email). However, your actual business data (customers, orders, financials) is never sent to our servers. It remains completely offline on your device and in your personal Google Drive.

1. Delete Your Login Account

To delete your registered email and profile from our authentication database, you can submit a request via email. We will process this within 3 days.

  • Send an email to hello@drylaun.com
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Important: You must send the email from the exact Google account you used to sign into Drylaun.

2. Delete Local Device Data

Deleting your login profile does not automatically erase the offline business data saved on your phone. To wipe your device data:

  • 1Open the Drylaun app and navigate to Settings.
  • 2Tap on Manage Storage.
  • 3Tap the Reset button located at the top right corner.

3. Delete Google Drive Backups

If you enabled cloud sync, your data is securely stored in a hidden system folder in your personal Google Drive. Because we do not have access to your Drive, you must delete this data yourself.

  • 1Go to drive.google.com on a computer and log in.
  • 2Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner, then select Settings.
  • 3Click on Manage apps in the left-hand menu.
  • 4Scroll down until you find Drylaun.
  • 5Click the Options button next to it. Select Delete hidden app data.
